Question Starboard2 rev2 oh so very special mounting screws

My Starboard2 rev 2 for A1000 had, originally, 2 shoulder screws that held it to the metal shield of the motherboard, and had threads and slot in fat end so you could piggyback more than one Starboard2 together. See pic:

The rev 2 has just a hole on either side of the bus connector, on a tab, for these.

Does anyone know of a source for these? I have since acquired another A1000 and another Starboard2 rev2, without these, and am missing one on original A1000. My Starboards are listing to port, they want to fall off, I worry every time I eject a floppy.
Note that the Starboard2 rev1, with the SCSI cable slot in back, uses some other method to secure it to the shield - the holes on either side of the bus connector are threaded, through the housing, not on tabs, not just holes; I wish I knew how to secure it, because I have one of those rev1 Starboards also, and would like to play piggyback.

Once again, inquiring minds want to know ...
