AmigaSYS 4 - Xmas pack!

Xmas is soon here, so i thought i'll give you a present.

I made an addon for the AmigaSYS 4 WinUAE/EUAE versions, you can give your system the xmas feeling by a few click.

Changes?

- Header, icons (PNG), background, Amistart - start button (PNG), Toolmanager.
- 1024x768-1680x1050 compatible.
- Install and uninstall option.

Requirements?

- AmigaSYS 4 - AmigaOS 3.9, E-UAE/WinUAE.

The AmigaSYS is a fully pre-configured AmigaOS system. To install, you'll need the original AmigaOS CD or disk (AmigaOS 3.0 or 3.1 or 3.9), after installing these, we will get the full configured system.

AmigaSYS are available on the following platforms: WinUAE (Windows), E-UAE (AmigaOS4, MorphOS, Linux, MacOS), Amithlon (X86), XBOX, PocketPC and real Amiga computers (Amiga 1200/4000).

AmigaSYS 4 - Debugging tour!

With the release of AmigaSYS 4 XBox version (soon), the AmigaSYS 4 series versions are finished.

Unfortunately i could not finished the upgrade files wich were announced last year, so i deleted the official release date.

The soon'll be released updates will contains several newness, implementation of the french language is planned, bugfixes, new programs and new ideas.

But bugs are continously coming, actually i do not know about the most of them, i'm only know about ones wich were reported in forums, they are few in number and already fixed. But i would like if there will be less bugs...

If you have some problems with any of the AmigaSYS 4 versions, in use, under install, in descriptions, faulty functioning, etc.

Write to me and we'll see, what can i do.

Fixed bugs since:

AmigaSYS 4 AGA version:
- BB1 BB2 window bug.
- In 90% the OS 3.9 installing used under WinUAE, but the WinUAE CD Mount wasn't implemented.
- Whdload errors with Cyberstorm II, still under detection...

AmigaSYS 4 - Xbox version released!

With a bit of delay, but finally arrived the AmigaSYS 4 - Xbox version.

The Xbox version is based fully on the AGA version, with several updates, news, and a whole new outfit, with some new Xbox extra.

In the AmigaSYS 4 series, the following version is the XBOX, and because of this, we used the new stuffs there first, for example the totally redesigned installers, (the 2 disked install (can be installed without disk swapping) ), even better program configurations, better compatibility and better handle.

Now, the language support increased from 5 to 6, the french language support is finally done, wich is implemented into the XBOX version first...

AmigaSYS 4 E-UAE/WinUAE update - R1

The package is compatible with all AmigaSYS 4 - E-UAE (AOS4, MOS, MACOS, LINUX) / WinUAE (Windows) emulation base package.

The update is working if AmigaSYS 4 installed with one of the following AmigaOS versions:

- Commodore AmigaOS 3.0/3.1,
- Amiga Forever 3.0/3.1,
- H&P AmigaOS 3.9,
- Amiga Forever 3.x,
- Amithlon / AmigaOS XL 3.9,
- 3.9 BoingBag's.

Fixes, news:

- 3.0/3.1/3.9 update supported from 1 update file.
- New Bootpic instead the old colorless pic with miscolored edges - 3.0/3.1/3.9.

Fixes, news:

- Full French language support.
- Language synchs, fixes, syntax, addressing etc.
- English, Deutsch, Hungarian, Italian, Polish language updates, fixes + French Catalog files.
- Version menu and OS recognizationat the AmigaSYS options.
- All of the resolution bugs are fixed.

Since upgrading from R1.2 for WinUAE AmigaSYS, I get a system message at boot up "System has a checksum error on disk block 207155" Do I have a utility in AmigaSYS to fix it? Solution path?EDIT Looks challenging with the error messages, I'll reinstall from new, no big deal.

I did not face him yet (in WinUAE).

HDF was wounded. I do not believe it the update the wrong. I put it up minimum 30x

You need FFS filesystem repairer/valider. Best program is ABtools, but not found in the net. Test/use http://aminet.net/package/disk/salv/DiskSalv11_32

first use readme file!

But, new hdf is best. Create new formated hdf and backup your system (copy), some files not readable, but later fixed.
