ARexx reports 68070?

I ran this little snippet in a shell under FS-UAE (emulated A4000):
Code:
RX "parse version a; say a"
and received:
Code:
ARexx V1.15 68070 68881 PAL 50HZ
Is this some vestige stemming from the fact that ARexx predates 68040 processors in Amigas?

I found this in ARexxGuide:
"(Version 1.15 may incorrectly report that a 68040 processor is a '68070')."

My 68040 is correctly reported as 68040.
