Interesting MicroDave, do you have a facebook page or is this the best place to keep up to date?

No facebook, this is the best place to watch for updates. I finished the PCB for the second version (which would not require molding) and will order it this week. However, because of chinese new year, it will probably arrive late February.

The PCB finally arrived. This is the keyboard which does not require any custom keycap molding. All keycaps are standard shape.

Backslash moved next to enter, Ctrl moved to the bottom.

These keys are not connected to anything (they are just to fill the gaps): two keys next to F10 and one key next to Help, but your suggestions are welcome.

Can you guess how these standard keys fit into Amiga case?

For the three keys which are not connected to anything, might be a great idea to use these keys with a logic for integrated gotek ? Gotek scroll games list up, down and some sort of "enter" ?

Another idea for integrated Kickswitch and Bootselector. Might be possible to map this with a logic both on 1 key next to help?

It's really cool for such things to have additional keys

Ni, MicroDave, I'm very interested in this. I've thought about adapting a PC keyboard to fit the A500 case, but that would require modifying the case, too. (Not that it's a huge loss... my case was damaged in shipping, and the whole bottom piece below the keyboard is hanging on by a thread.)

And I'm with @katarakt on the unused keys.... adding a header on the keyboard to let us hook that to a GoTek would be a great idea.

Why do you have the home key bump on the ‘/?’ key? I have never seen that before.

Yes I don't know why they put it there. This will not be there in the final product

Regarding unused keys - yes I can just add pin header for each unused key no problem
