Yes, I really wished that feature was in.

Shaked the screen but that didn't help either...

On the first five tracks yes - but on the highway-track I was better with scanlines.

I'll keep using different scalers with and without scanlines (can't really decide what looks best)...

I've been playing this game a lot recently and gotten pretty good at it. One of the problems is if you do extremely well and get a score over 100,000,000, the score wraps round back to zero. The high score table won't recognise it as over 100,000,000 either.

please use latest slave because lotus2.slave v1.6 is the first one which halfs the scores http://whdload.de/games/Lotus2.html

Welcome Capehorn

Here my new score: 41,970,940

This game is really hard, maybe too much for a normal player !

You can practice track 7 with password BAGLEY and track 8 with password E BOW.

In my opinion it's impossible to beat if you haven't at least practiced the final track.

True. I couldn't do the final track until I had learned every corner of it by heart. And if a car happens to get in your way just as you are going for a turbo token, you're pretty much fucked.

Exactly - which is pretty frustrating when you did well on the first 7 tracks before (which takes quite a while)...

I was very pleased with that. I can't see myself beating 56m but will keep trying. Xpect says he uses manual gears. That probably gives him the advantage, I'm not used to using those.

I tried manual gears and had a few goes getting nowhere near my previous score. Then out of the blue...
