Santa game on the amiga v0.4
The game is now pretty much complete and you can play and finish the game.
My first attempt at making a graphic game.... please try it and let me know if it fails has bugs , faults etc. 512k chip ram version does not seem to play music. (reboot your machine) 2mb does. 64 colours / 32 in game. sound track on each level. Lost Patrol death audio track on failure screen. Music featured. Christmas party mix OCS / ECS / AGA tested on A500 OCS 20mhz A500 ECS 40mhz A3000 8mb ram A4000 16mb ram. CD32 game pad supported. Notes. Built with Backbone by Alastair Murrey (1998 ) early versions below - in other amiably thread - you can see the development. So Happy christmas and heres an Amibay Christmas gift. . mike. Earlier version here (no music) in the video link. Youtube. [ Show youtube player ] http://www.amibay.com/showthread.php...e-on-the-Amiga Additional: 3D intro animation to complete some day... Some of the toys face the wrong way - its not so obvious on a TV screen. Music and some sound effects do not work when the game starts , reboot your machine and it should be ok. Thank you. I am a collector of xmas games.
1. Can player skip message screens sequence?(after player die once) 2. I got "file not found" error when I collect all coins at the first level. (v0.4) |

version 1.1
animated sprites , joy fire to jump. Animation slows the game slightly - 30mhz recommend. Last edited by mjnurney; 07 December 2014 at 11:04. |

I downloaded 1.3
I got a Illegal Function Call error (I had Z3 FAST RAM and 32bit chip RAM enabled - turned it off and it worked just fine), although it went through the intro just fine. But the AmiBay image is really bad - it's all pixel-ated and fuzzy. I used the following system: A1200 with 68020, AGA, 8MB FAST, 2MB CHIP, 1MB SLOW Saghalie http://www.kcmhosting.com |

Hi the amibay logo isn't very good , the original is thousands of colours reduced to 64, hence the pixelation.
I haven't found any ram errors so far, yours I s the first. What accelerator / ram board is it? Although I haven't run the last version on real hardware yet |
