Pricing and availability:
TurboFlyer 530 will be on sale in February 2014 at the suggested retail price of 240 EUR (VAT excl.).

Well... It's February 6, and still not even one photo available. Guess we'll have a long way for the final product

Nice one ...

Well it must be on sale already then, maybe we just don't know which shop sells it.

Something of curiosity....I went to Elbox's site to look at this product and then clicked on the "Where to Buy" link for the USA and it indicated Software Hut was their reseller in the USA. Problem is, didn't Software Hut basically fade out of existence? I know there's someone who bought up all of Joe's leftover stock and is trying to catalog and liquidate it for him, but when Elbox finally releases this, is Software Hut still who I would contact in the USA to get one of these??

no picture yet? surely they must have a prototype to do all those tests?

btw, is it normal to use part of the z2 fast memory area for a cpu capable of
addressing 4GB RAM? why not put it all above the 16MB address space instead of splitting it up into several chunks?

13MB/s? That's impressive!

Always nice to have a 030 accelerator available for the A500, I guess.

Look like it's almost 2x more powerful than the Zeus 68k for almost the same price, but it'll lack all the awesome features the Zeus has

When I think of elbox making a accelerator card I always imagine A card with ALOT of old Mach chips on it with coloured dots on them :-)

Yep 13 MB/s is very good but you have to be a bit careful with that figure. The Fast ATA is 'meant' to give up to 15 MB/s but on my system the best I could get was about 8 MB/s.

What I don't understand is if they are integrating the CPU, FastRAM, IDE controller & boot ROM into a single board... why not create a DMA capable IDE controller?
