Not a prob more a suggestion!!

Is it possible to add a fps limiter?

Reason I ask is.. when I rip the output to avi, it rips at 50fps, now if winuae goes slower than 50fps then there is slowdown in the resulting avi (as it is still ripping at 50fps).

Now if there was an option for the user to specify a MAX fps (say 25fps) then you could set the avi to rip at 25fps, and that way the resulting AVI would be perfect, as the users PC shouldn't slow it down to more than what they specify.

The resultant AVI should then be perfect (once speeded back to 50fps) and the audio should also be proeprly in sync!

just a thought

Another Idea for winuae

A system tray icon (next to the time) using the tick image. When clicked on brings up a menu with Configuration (clicking this opens the F12 gui), Quit (Close Winuae), Load Config (resets with another config), Floppies (When drive is empty it says insert)

Yes of course I do, that’s not what I’m on about.

This is only a suggested idea for beginners, it could enable easy access to most of the basic options without having to enter the confusing F12 Gui each time.
