Scandoubler not working with A1200 by AT

Hello,
I have 2 external scandoublers: Scandex, and ScanMagic+FFixer. If I use them on the A1200 by Amiga Technologies (removing everything, also B1260...) the A1200 won't boot: screen stays black and drives are not even initialized.
Using the same scandoublers on an A1200 by C=, with the same power supply, they work fine instead! :-(

What's wrong with A1200s by Amiga Technologies video port?

I have 3 a1200s, and i have an external scandoubler that only works on one of them, but works on a1000 and a4000. could be something to do with the amount of power being supplied by the rgb port? or maybe rgb port damaged by previous owner not disconnecting/connecting with power off? Different motherboard revisions might be a possibility too.

I have an AT A1200 and it has always worked fine with my external SD/FF (can't remember the type). So it points to something wrong with the A1200...

What power supply do you use with that A1200 by AT + SD?
It can confirm it's an RGB port problem with weak power supplies for A1200 by AT. Sigh, I bought an enhanced Micronik psu years ago just to avoid these kind of problems but now it give 4.6V and 10.65V :-(
Still strange A1200 by C= works fine with the same PSU.

I also have an A1200 wich the external scandoubler refuses to work, it works perfect in the A4k..

Surely someone must know something about this ?

Yeah, I want to understand if it's an A1200 by AT motherboard problem that can't supply enough power to the RGB port for a scandoubler (impossible to solve in this case :-( ) or simply a PSU problem (can be solved with a new PSU?)...

If you look at specs of different amiga models, maximum current draw on some of the pins is different for different models. Would be great if someone had some definitive info or specifications or can instruct how to somehow measure this safely with a multimeter without frying the amiga.
