Slider for changing brightness

On my monitor, the colours in window mode are darker than in fullscreen mode. So a Gamma/Brightness correction would be a handy feature

I like this idea, will be implemented in future..

HAM and EHB-modes are probably the biggest problem.

Maybe it´s easier to make it for OpenGL/Direct3D only
