B.A.D (Blitz A Disk) v3.15 is it protected?

Just obtained this and when dumping with Kryoflux I see several tracks showing this warning:

58.1    : AmigaDOS: OK*, trk: 117, sec: 11, *I
61.1    : AmigaDOS: OK*, trk: 123, sec: 11, *I
62.1    : AmigaDOS: OK*, trk: 125, sec: 11, *I
63.1    : AmigaDOS: OK*, trk: 127, sec: 11, *I

From the Kryoflux manual:

*I Format type/block ID is non-standard; warning only.

All those tracks are empty and the rest show as normal AmigaDOS tracks, an ADF seems to run OK but does anyone know if the disk was actually protected in any way?

Dump sent! Even if the disk looks 'protected' does the program actually check it?

It's not copy protected at all. The whole disk is seen as not duplicated, written on a regular Amiga drive.

I guess most 'small' utility makers wrote their own disks on an Amiga, cheaper than paying duplication costs! I was just wondering why those tracks showed a *I warning?
