Load of Psygnosis stuff in the zone
Not sure if this has had a release elsewhere, but someone won a competition, and as a prize got given a shit load of Psygnosis disks, and he uploaded them.
So i've downloaded them and stuck them in the zone for your perusal. Project X is the only new thing I can see on there, its all mostly ADF files full of iff and iff anim files and some raw files. Enjoy, and if you've already got it........whatever! |

Can someone test the unreleased game titled 'project x'?
What is it? How complete is it? |

It wasn't a competition, I auctioned them for the charity auction at the Amiga30UK event in Peterborough.
They were 20 out of my collection of around 800 disks, the data of which is now beginning to be transferred. We've started a group about it at https://www.facebook.com/EternalPsygnosis/ |

What i pity I live in Australia. Too far away to attend any of these events. would have been cool to have a piece of psygnosis history. How many of the disk's have been dumped with kryoflux so far? Sounds like a big job. |

Great stuff, but unfortunately it's all just graphics files. It would be much more interesting to see the Beast source codes or some development tools like level editors or Psy-Q stuff. But apparently this "confidential" stuff was probably kept in a separate place.
Beast10-LynxAmiga.adf seems to contain a development tool, though. There is an executable named "mandebug" (211.464 bytes) which seems to be able to debug games on the Lynx. |
