Ghouls n Ghosts on the C64 the music was just stunning! Arcade version was also amazing.

They should of named "Ghost n Goblins" "Ghost n Ghouls" see how that would of worked !

Ghouls n Ghosts for the epic music, seriously, I just don't care that Tim Follin didn't cover the original music, this is one time it was done better.

Ghosts n Goblins for everything else. Sure, the graphics are a touch better in Ghouls n Ghosts, but the accuracy of the conversion is better in Ghosts n Goblins.

Ghost'n Goblins out of nostalgia.. Has an amazing C64 and an amazing Amiga version as well.
Never played the second one much.. Heard it's a horrible port on the Amiga.

Ghouls'n'Ghosts was another of those almost direct ST ports on Amiga: if you look closely they tried to fix the graphics but i guess they did ran out of time - btw in a cracked version there were still iff files inside where i could see they tried to redo things.

If we talk about the audio compartment, Tim Follin Music is a masterpiece and is worth to look at the game almost only for it.

Ghouls out of tim Collins music is crap and look like an enhanced 8 bits ports. Gng for the win for accuracy.

Strangely enough, when I saw the GhoulsnGhosts Amiga post back at a friends place back in the 80ies, the only thing I remember from it that really stood out was the amazing music.
I listen to it on youtube sometimes.
I never played the Amiga port, though.

if the x68k version doesn't count, the supergrafx version is the best home port .
