How to assign a tool (agablaster) to a file (cd32.cdxl)
I've been playing with AGA Blaster a fair bit between last night and this morning and this may seem like a newb question but for the life of me I can't figure it out.
I simply want to double click on the cdxl file to automatically load AGA Blaster and play the video. For testing purposes so far everything is just on DH0 as follows DH0:AGABlaster/AGABlaster (this is the location and name of the player) DH0:AGABlaster/CD32.cdxl (this is the location and name of the video file) the command to play a video is AGABlaster CD32.cdxl I created an icon for the cdxl file and pointed to the default tool as DH0:AGABlaster/AGABlaster When I double click on the icon it throws a software failure Program failed (error #87000004) Obviously I'm doing something wrong here and I'd be forever grateful if one of you kind chaps would help. |

Just rename the "cd32.cdxl.info" file to "script.info".
In DirOpus, also set the "protection bits" to "Script" for the file "script": ...or do this in CLI / Shell by changing into the directory and typing: Code:
protect script +s |
