With the sierra games, the Quest series never really grabbed me but I am thinking I should give some of the later ones a go.

I am still playing Elite Dangerous, closing to be triple Elite. Once done with that, probably will just use one exploration ship and join expedition to circle galaxy that will last most likely around 6 months.

I never got around to playing any of the elite series, but did spend a looot of time with the escape velocity games on the mac.

I've been on an assassin's creed kick lately - AC: Unity, AC: Origins, and now AC IV: Black Flag. All very enjoyable though the latest ones, including Origins and Odyssey are dumbed down somewhat compared to earlier entries in the series, but Origins is the most visually breath-taking game I ever played and exploring inside darkened Egyptian pyramids and the tombs of dead kings based on real ones was a blast.

I've been meaning to give the AC games another go but Assassin's Creed 3 really did a number on me. How to lose a fan in one game.

I'm currently getting right into Fuze 4 Nintendo Switch which is a basic programming language for the switch and is a lot of fun. Just playing around with sprites the other night and I ended up with something that isn't far off an Asteroids type game just from experimenting!

It's not out until tomorrow but I donated during the marketing campaign so got my download code early.

So what am I playing?

Yesterday we had a family network game of Carmageddon

After the kids got bored, it was the wife who insisted we play another round LOL.

She used to love this game as much as me. It's her who broke the steering wheel joystick we had for it back in the day.

And then I tried to achieve fools mate against Battlechess without success lol.

Played Skyrim for (6-7) hours...
(Good looking game but not as good as Morrowind)
until it decided to crash to desktop

It's still a Bethesda game Although I must say that without mods both Skyrim and Fallout 4 never really crashed on me.

What are you playing with - mouse/keyboard or controller? I never had any issues with that game control, but my biggest issue was disappointing ending in game.

Running different mysteries in Surviving Mars. Quite interesting game, but getting DLCs for 100% completion is just out of question, just like with rest of Paradox games.

Met a Ghoul @ Point Lookout that wanted 1000 caps
to enter an Arena to fight Feral Ghouls
Why would I pay to do that ?

Neither have been Modded --- Yet !

6 hours of Oblivion --- then it Crashed to Desktop

No prob... it did an Auto Save just B4
Not finding it as enjoyable as Morrowind or Skyrim

It took me a while to get into it but now I'm hooked on Civ 6. Once you get into the district mindset and let go of the Civ 5 way to play the game really shines as the best of the series so far. My head hurts because of all the late game options that you have...
