A little over stated. Me personally I would like to see it converted into a Media Wiki so that everyone can contribute their own stuff, but hey my hands are tied!

Just out of curiosity why are ram expansions not seperately categorised like the accelerators are?

i.e a1000 Ram, a500 ram, a1200 ram etc etc??

On the Custom Chips: Buster, page could we have the David Hynie text split into paragraphs? As it's rather hard to read the one big chunk.

The CDTV SCSI controller by jopower (Jochen Heintz) is not a replica of the TOMS controller as written, but a licenced version of the W.A.W. Elektronik CDTV to SCSI controller. He also sells a mouse/joystick adapter that isn't listed which adds standard m/j ports to the CDTV. His website is here (German only): http://www.cnctechniker.de/

I've give a lot of submissions to Mario (hmmmm... sounds kinky!).

But he never reply me.

So please, Alex, give me your email to upload the pics to you, instead.

I have more pictures for the Whippet (with a brief description), Dataflier 4000sx, and an ask to fix the A4000 details (where you find a "never build" A4000/T with component video out...).

I've acquired a Hydra Systems Amiganet card. It has a GVP ANET 2000 install disk with it?

Anyway, I can probably make a scan of the Rev 1.4 (Jan '90) manual if it is of use to you guys.

Sure.

Remember to provide it to Amiga Hardware Database too

http://amiga.resource.cx

BBoAH cannot have manuals (at the moment) due to a problem it encountered several years ago where a hardware manufacturer complained and they panicked and took down all manuals and install disks.

V2.0 of BBoAH, hopefully out this year, will have the return of manuals and install disks.

It is a shame there are competing Amiga hardware websites, you think if we just all worked together on an open, user content managed, site it would be better

I was unable to work out if this was a separate product, or part of another kit.

Are you saying these are photographs of the inside of this part?

Floppy disk BBoAH updates

Ok, Alex.

I've done it.

Here is the archive: http://.com/files/84064574...hotos.zip.html

Inside is a little text with the suggestions for other minor corrections for the site.

@alexh

the keyboard adapter is from the external Micronik Keyboard, i didn't actually see it listed in BBOAH, its not that picture, those things ship with the Micronik chassis.

This unit converts the Amiga A1200 / 500 / 600 keyboard matrix into AT PS2 so you can use it on a PC

The Amiganet manual is in the Zone for those who are interested.

Also uploaded the box cover for Video Backup System - novel, but pretty unreliable (and slow) backup system.

Put pics of a CDTV mouse adapter (Keller Elektronik) into the zone.

Whippet photos & A4000 descriptions

OK, Alex.

Now I've put the archive with the pictures and descriptions in "The Zone!".

Hope it helps.

come on, we don't compete. bigbook is about quantity, ahdb is about quality. so the two sites complement each other nicely.

Mario, BBoAH owner, has decided that managed user defined content is the way to go. While I have reservations (mainly about SPAM) I have to agree with him. I'm too lazy to do the updates the site demands.

DEAR GOD NO!

I hope they never "auto" redirect to the new page till the new owner
fixes what they broke! Namely the overall look and especially the broken Germglish combination on many pages now because the new guy didn't update the scripts correctly for localisation.
