impossible to deconnect ????????? please help
look at the pictures please, i try to desactived my connexion but i have an error message, how could i correct this ?
Sorry the error is in french -> approximative traduction (altavista babelfish) : "it is not possible to currently carry out a deconnexion. Perhaps this connection uses one or more protocols which do not take charges plug-and-play of it, or it A can be initiated by another user or the account of the system" please help  connexion ethernet Last edited by turrican3; 08 August 2008 at 14:19. |

maybe if you go in DEVICE MANAGER (right click on My Computer -> Hardware -> Device Manager) and locate the device, right-click it and select DISABLE
that will disable the ethernet card and the connection |

maybe you did a driver update and it is not a good driver?

i back to an older driver and with a newer version but the problem has no change

Do a Virus Scan just incase something is deliberately trying to keep open the connection, using your machine as a spambot
