New CD32 Compilation in works :)
Rochabian and me are joining together to create a more fuller more diverse selection of games for another CD32 compilation.
But we really want to hear what games you want on the compilation Here is a ruff main list of what we have on it so far. Don't mind the messages at the side of the names. There is also a little rule we are following too, the game must be playable with a CD32 pad or a Mouse "no keyboard" and Games like Monkey Island are a no brainer because of saving. Other than that suggest away Action Fighter Aquatic Games Army Moves Alien Breed Alien Breed Special Edition 92' Alien Breed: Tower Assault "Need CD32 vERSION" Alien Breed II *GFX CORRUPTION* Need CD32 Version Alien Breed 3D "Need CD32 Version" Alien III All New World Of Lemmings Another World Arkanoid Arkanoid 2 Base Jumpers Bart Vs The Space Mutants Bart Vs The World Shadow of The Beast Shadow of The Beast 2 Shadow of The Beast 3 Best of The Best Bill's Tomato Game Bomb Jack Body Blows Body Blows Galactic Brutal Paws Of Fury Bubble Bobble Bubble Dizzy Buffalo Bill Clown-O-Mania Crystal Kingdom Dizzy Circus Attractions Car-Vup Captain Planet Castlevania *Complains about missing kickstart* Cadaver Cannon Fodder Cannon Fodder 2 Chaos Engine ECS Chase HQ 2 Cool Spot Cosmic Spacehead Cybernoid Cybernoid 2 Dizzy Panic Deflektor Dyna Blaster Elf Mania Exolon Fire & Ice Xmas F1 F1 Championship Edition Fast Food Fears Fantastic Dizzy Fantasy World Dizzy Fighting Spirit ECS Final Fight Fire And Ice First Samurai Flashback Fuzzball Globdule Gloom Deluxe *blank screen* Gods Golden Axe Head Over Heels Holiday Lemmings 1993 Holiday Lemmings 1994 International Karate + Indy Heat Jet Set Willy 2: The Final Frontier James Pond James Pond 2 James Pond 3 Jumping Jackson Jurassic Park Kick Off 2 Krusty's Super Fun House Kwik Snax Last Ninja Remix Last Ninja 2 Lemmings CDTV/CD32 Lemmings 2 Magicland Dizzy Magic Pockets Marble Madness Micro Machines Moonstone Mortal Kombat Mortal Kombat II Nebulus Nebulus 2 New Zealand Story North & South Operation Wolf Outrun Outrun Europa Pang Pacmania Parasol Stars Pinball Dreams Pinball Prelude Predator Predator 2 Prince of Persia Rampage Rainbow Islands Rick Dangerous Rick Dabgerous 2 Robocop Robocop 2 R-Type R-Type 2 Spellbound Dizzy Shaq Fu Saint Dragon Sentinel Second Samurai Sensible Golf Shadow Dancer Shinobi Space Harrier Speedball 2 Spindizzy Worlds Spot Spy Who Loved Me Street Fighter II Strider Stunt Car Racer Superfrog Super Cars Super Cars II SWIV Treasure Island Dizzy Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Arcade) Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (nes) bad port *runs too fast* Terminator 2 (Arcade) Terminator 2 Judgement Day Test Drive 2 Tetris Theme Park Toki Turrican 1 Turrican 2 Turrican 3 Unreal Vroom Virus Walker Wings Wolfchild Worms *needs fix* CD32 Version Xenon 2 Yolkfolk Dizzy Yogi's Great Escape Zool 2 |

You mean you found a version of Pinball Dreams that
a) works on a standard CD32 b) can be played without a keyboard ? I also thought The Sentinel required a keyboard. |

Pretty sure Rampage needs a keyboard to select the players.
Shadow Dancer and Shinobi should also require the spacebar unless it could be remapped to one of the buttons on the controller. Golden Axe same deal I guess. |

Maybe you could add some Freeware/Shareware/Aminet stuff to this one!

Great news, please can you include the following if possible... to my knowledge none of them have been on any of the CD32 compilations so far.
4th & Inches Brutal Sports Football (original if possible, otherwise AGA/CD32) California Games Football Glory Ikari Warriors John Madden Football Lost Patrol Operation Thunderbolt Rally Cross Challenge Sensible World of Soccer Three Stooges Tom Landry Strategy Football TV Sports Basketball TV Sports Football If any of them will not work on a CD32 then let me know and I'll stop asking! |

Can I suggest the games that I've already added to my unfinished personal compilation? So I can stop definitively my stupid work.
Games working in my compilation: Advantage tennis (keyboard) bratwurst (an additictive aminet 2/4 players game, roketz clone) brutaltenia (addictive aminet worms game 1/2 players) coolspot globalgladiators rally championship aga (keyboard) rally championship ecs super takwondo master warmup (keyboard) satan (keyboard?) castle kingdoms (shit game) games not already tested in my compilation: disc pegasus micro mortal tennis super tennis champ (consider seriously) drivin'force (required original disks) power drift (reqired original disks) big run prawo dogs of war |

Tested some of the above mentioned games
Pegasus *keyboard code screen* Disc *keyboard return needed main screen* Dogs of War *stops at 1 or 2 player screen* Power Drift *Lots of OS Flashing takes a while to load* *needs keyboard* John Madden Football *keyboard code screen* Brutal Sports Football *no whdload of ecs version aga black screens even with setpatch* CD32 version should be possible but it has a strange startup-sequence. Cool Spot *WORKS* |

If you do one lay off the demos and music, the other ones are sure slow on a stock CD32! Also have the option to boot in NTSC if possible so us yanks can use it, :P

What about Chuckie Egg 1 & 2? I'd really like to see them and enjoyed them on my Commodore 64. Was Repton series ever made for the Amiga? Granny's Garden would be good just for oldschool time's sake and Dread Dragon Droom? Anyone ever heard of Chicken George? I've been trying to track it down and it was a henhouse game where you had to catch the eggs from hens. Blagger would be another good one as you had Manic Miner on the other compilation. Yeah some Miner games to the mix for me this.

A compilation that can actually use the measly 1kbyte of NVRAM for saves / highscores etc. would be cool.

Castlevania http://hol.abime.net/2953 Afterburner 88 http://hol.abime.net/3206 Street Racer Mercs (this doesn't work in my CD32) http://hol.abime.net/2453 FIFA International Soccer http://hol.abime.net/524 ESWAT (It didn't work) http://hol.abime.net/?id=2872 EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP 1992 (An arcade classic of ELITE-TECMO, not the Taito game) http://hol.abime.net/2877 SPACE HARRIER: RETURN TO THE FANTASY ZONE (It's not the first part) http://hol.abime.net/4607 Another extra suggestions: INDIANA JONES & LAST CRUSADE - ACTION GAME http://hol.abime.net/?id=2631 FIGHTING SOCCER http://hol.abime.net/?id=533 BLADES OF STEEL: (Was it inlcuded in 888, I don't remember :P ) http://hol.abime.net/139 DRAGON NINJA (or BAD DUDES) http://hol.abime.net/407 http://hol.abime.net/4183 Also, check all suggestions I did for CD32-888 Remember that much games are here: http://amiga.magix.name/ Now it has 2364 games, including Killergorilla whd games Yours, Last edited by Xenon; 14 November 2005 at 15:32. |
