Whdload quit key feature with a plain 68000

Anyone know how to implement this on a plain 68000 accelerator?
The ACA 500 has it, and its using a plain 68k.

If it was not too difficult to implement, perhaps I could try and add it as a last feature to my simple 68000 accelerator.

If I remeber correctly, you can achieve that just by swapping the 68000 for a 68010, which are in the same price range and have the same pin layout. And of course, being that it is an accelerator, you get the added benefit of a slight performance increase at the same Mhz.

You can do it in software for a 68000 which has no relocatable VBR

A 68010 is only usable for an unaccellerated A500's (I did use it at one point to use said feature) but it is painfully slow, and not very overclocking friendly.

I've been playing with 68HC000 which I run at 50MHz which makes for a very comfortable workbench experience, but it of course lacks the VBR feature, and the reason for this thread was to perhaps shed some light onto what mechanisms is needed (software and/or hardware) to achieve it.
