Found possibly another unknown disk..

I recently purchased "Dungeon Master's Assistant Volume I: Encounters" off fleabay.. and to my surprise this original disk was also tucked inside the packaging..

It's called The Dungeon Master Editor.. I found no reference to it what-so-ever on HOL..
It's probably PD/Shareware, but I know HOL includes such titles so yers..
It looks to be an editor for.. surprise suprise.. Dungeon Master lol..

neway here's a few screens so let me know if anything further is required.

I only see Volume II in TOSEC (in ADF, EXE and on at least one Compilation). But mine's not entirely up to date.

Edit: Oh that's Volumne II of "Dungeon Master's Assistant".

This is also in there:
  • Dungeon Master - Editor v1.1 (1989)(Penman, Edward)
  • Dungeon Master - Editor v1.1 (1989)(Penman, Edward)[h OCL]

Last edited by eLowar; 08 July 2007 at 09:13. Reason: Noticed the disk was not related to Dungeon Master's Assistant and checked again.

Google's your friend. Disk image, manual and screenshots are available here:

http://dmweb.free.fr/?q=node/664

Looks to be commercial- it says © 1988 Softex on the disk and the front page of the manual.

Magazine ads here too:

Edit - EAB search is your friend too. Here's an old thread about the DM Editor:

Hey, I just stumbled upon "Dungeon Master's Assistant Volume I: Encounters".
Unfortunately, only Vol.2 "Characters & Treasures" can be found on TOSEC.

Does anybody still have a copy of Vol.1 and would be willing to put this into the zone again?!

What about 'Dungeon Masters Assistant, Volume I - Encounters v1.1 (1990)(SSI)[data disk]' then? You can find on the EAB file server in the folder 'TOSEC/Games/[ADF]/D'.

The latest TOSEC even has two disks :
Dungeon Masters Assistant, Volume I - Encounters v1.0 (1990)(SSI)[cr QTX]
Dungeon Masters Assistant, Volume I - Encounters v1.1 (1990)(SSI)[cr Dichkeadz]
