Stuck on level 2 in Yogi's Big Clean Up

As there's no walkthrough to be found, I have to figure it all out by myself, but I'm stuck on level 2 (water level).

I first used the glove to turn off the power so I could get through the hole blocked by electricity, I've then used the eye-patch to get passed the evil skulls which on the other side gave me a knife, I've used the knife on seaweed to get a wrench... and now I'm stuck and don't know what to do next.

I have a can of worms (I think), a watch and a flashlight. I've tried these things on everything, nothing happens. An area is blocked off by drops dripping from a faucet and on the other side of the dripping (which I can't get to) I see a red valve I need to turn to turn off the dripping, which is probably what the wrench is for, but, can't get anywhere atm.

Use the wrench on the faucet.
Here's the rest:
Use balloon to remove radiation symbol.
Use Band-Aid to patch leaking pipe.
Use key to de-activate whirlpool.
Take red fish to purple creature at SW corner & exit.

Thanks, but I can't get to do those things as I'm stuck anyway. I havn't yet even found the band-aid, balloon or the key and I still don't know what to do to continue. I know the wrench is probably for the faucet, but I can't get to the valve of the faucet.

Ignore the red valve. I mean the actual faucet where the where Boo Boo is.

Yeah, I swam around there several times, infront and above, as close as I could with all the different items, nothing happened. But if it now IS there I need to use the wrench, I'll try it again some more and hopefully it will work this time

Thank you for longplay [ Show youtube player ] I never had patience for this game, gameplay was too different to that one from Great Escape.
