I guess it's more like four screens, Anyway spin the numbers up first then click the troll the mouse is pointing on. Maybe there are no more levels? 019 loads, 020 guru.
EDIT: Thanks to the help of a generous donor, it has been determined that the SPS_3009 disks crash exactly the same as described. Last edited by clenched; 20 August 2012 at 15:44. |

The IPF is fine. The game seems buggy...

Yep same with me.
It looks like to me down at the trolls was stolen from the game makers office midway through development at hall 20 LOL and spread around and as we all know it was later renamed realm of the trolls and it was finally released with 49 halls. Also it looks like some of the halls have been rearranged in different order as well. Last edited by mike4466; 20 August 2012 at 21:14. |

I don't want to rain on the Captain's parade but this game will overwrite the original with saves, hi-scores, new levels. Let's cross our fingers that won't be the case here.
Meanwhile more bugs discovered... Make sure write protect is off disk 2. Click the middle icon to start a real game. This is the one with three trolls [elves]. Enter a name and click [will not join]. This changes to [will join]...Click [start game]. Click ZZZ after the level starts. Click [store]. Behold the ugly gray flickering bar across the screen. For an experiment, I copied #19 to 20 and 21. Trying to load hall 20 still caused a guru but hall 21 would load! |

this is maybe a programming error , and don't worry, i will indeed protect the disks against writing, to only use eADF

The IPF version was duplicated, so whatever error is in there, the disk data is fine per se. It's been a mastering or programming error, but this is nothing that can be fixed from "here".

The disks I am talking about are the ones just purchased by dlfrsilver. I never had any doubts that the D.A.T.T. IPF's I'm playing aren't up to the usual lofty SPS standards.
