The DREAMKEY is for Sega´s internal Internet Provider and that is not existing anymore

Just get a CD with Webbrowser 2.6 or 3.0, you can put in your fav. ISP there and connect with that

i did have a Cd that lets you use any dial-up isp, you create the account using your pc first then, you boot the dc cd... input the info (number and account details), save to vmu.. and connect.... search around dc sites, still a possible download somewhere

You can change your ISP info using the Sega Dreamcast Webbrowser.
Another interesting note is that before Sega killed the Dreamcast, if you signed up for SegaNet using the cracked versions of NBA2k1 or NFL2k1 (dunno about the originals), you would not only create an account, but you would never get any sort of bill or phonecall from Sega. Just free net access!

Have you tried http://www.dcemulation.com/ ?

I used to visit there very regularly and they always were at the center of the dc scene.
