@orange
Sorry but I really don't like holes in the original case. The only invasion I did was on the PSU which now brings out the hot air (from PSU and from the innards).

You're welcome my friend, always inspired by your work. Best part is the original intergrity of the design is kept, so agree 100% no holes in the origial case!

Steve.

@mfilos
but there is not point in putting big fan inside of case. its supposed to get cold air from outside, or remove hot air, not just move it around the case.

Great Stuff mifilos

just goes to show you don't need a A4000T when one can have a great compact custom A4000D

All the Best

Thx DonAmiga mate!
Tbh I always admired A4000T's since I never saw one being to expensive back then... although I personally never liked the design and the ease-of-usage of A4000T's case

(...then again... this can be a great excuse for me not trying seeking one all these years LOL)

Thanks a lot TTD mate.
My next step is putting a Push-On button (replacing the obsolete keylock switch) that will control the Auto AGA/RTG switch that now is controlled by an ugly stick on/off/on switch.

I already designed the circuit with a friend of mine, and tomorrow I'll start assembling it to see what happens LOL.
Just for a sneak peak... you can check the button which fitted like a glove!!!
