How well would WinUAE run on an Intel Celeron N4000?

I've been looking for a cheap PC to run WinUAE on, and the only one that fits in my ideal budget is a model with this CPU.

Will WinUAE play ball with this spec CPU? What are the minimum system requirements for WinUAE and Windows 10, in fact?

I've been perfectly fine running 68040 JIT demos on my i3-8100, can't the N4000 do that?

Benchmark comparison i3-8100 vs N4000
Single-core is the N4000 at best only half as fast as a i3-8100, Multi-thread (not sure if JIT utilizes that) even worse.

Normally it should run ok. If not pick an older version, 1.6 runs solid 50 fps on my tiny Atom (1.6ghz 2 core/4 thread) netbook, probably some newer versions too, but didn't bother to check. If i run the latest version it runs ok in some simple games and struggle in some more complex that use more tricks like Jim power in example.

Probably works fine, as long as cycle-exact is off.
