Is there a site of Amiga game music?

I am keen on collecting Amiga mod music which was used in various games, but I don't really want to collect the games themselves, just the music they had.

I know Modland has demo stuff and so does the Kestra Bitworld, but what site is there for Amiga game music, and is the fancy stuff by Chris Huelsbeck as in Turrican 2 featured as well?

Apologies, Acid. I am quite soused and tired and didn't feel like googling. But your help is much appreciated, nonetheless.

It's not an Amiga music site as such, but Kuokka77's YouTube channel has lots of high quality recordings of Amiga game music:

The "Dolbyfied" recordings for headphones are particularly good.

Sorry, but I'm asking because I've got a collection of games on WHDLoad, but a lot of them I don't like EXCEPT for the music, whilst I consider the games themselves to be utter crud, like "9 Lives" or "Future Shock". I'm just wondering if I shouldn't just stick with those instead.

I tried several files from UnExotica, but some of them are weird formats and it just seems easier to fire up the game instead, and at least I'll have something to look at rather than a player. The games in total don't take up much space.

My ClassicWB has got something called HippoPlayer, which managed the Turrican tunes nicely.

You can surely use Hippoplayer if you like it

But, just as info, Eagleplayer is able to detect and play much more formats than Hippoplayer

Anyway, it's a question of personal taste

I have to mention that I started this topic last night when I figured I could ditch the games (which aren't much bigger than the music files) and recollect them as music only. But even though I don't care much for some of the games, I love their music and so I've decided to CANCEL my request.

Thank you, all those who offered suggestions, and I'm sure the links will come in useful to others, but I'll stick with the games when I play the music. At least I'll have something to look at.

Sorry.

In my opinion, a lot of the best Amiga music is in "exotic" formats like Future Composer, TFMX, SIDmon, etc.

The best way to play all of these files is with UADE. Unix Amiga Delitracker Emulator.
