Looking for Tilt (NOT Genias version)

A couple of weeks ago someone on reddit asked if anyone had the game Tilt by Code Masters (NOT the Genias game also called Tilt)

There's a mention of it in Amiga Power

The guy asking about it wrote some more here:

Does anyone have it and can put this chap out of his misery?

That guy is Frank Gasking, creator of Games That Weren't. I'm a little surprised he's never registered on EAB (as far as I can remember).

If someone around here has that version of Tilt, I think it would've surfaced by now but I'd love to be proven wrong because the C64 version is great!

It does beg the question why aGTW never wrote about this title.
