.txt files of latest TOSEC Amiga sets ?

Hi TOSEC collectors,

Since I was too lazy to download the whole 40GB Amiga TOSEC pack, I would be very happy if someone could provide me just with .txt file listings of all the disks included in the latest TOSEC Amiga sets (2014-02-28, I believe)
I would mainly be interested in lists for games (ADF), applications (ADF), compilations (ADF), and perhaps also PD games and PD applications, if these exist ?

Reason is that I would like to check which of my disks are already included in TOSEC, and which not.

I have thousands of Amiga disks in my storage room, but sometimes need to give away a few, whenever I sell some Amiga 500 complete set, etc.
Before I give them away, I want to make sure that not some last known Disk of some sextremely-ultra-super rare stuff is lost forever

Thanks for this hint, I didn't realize the .dat files contained the names in plain text.
However, it all looks a bit disturbing with the checksums and labels.

[idoru], a guy working for TOSEC team back then, sent me a nice list many years ago:

Unfortunately, it is very outdated now

Maybe someone who has the complete TOSEC 2014-02-28 Amiga files can create such a 'have' list, like [idoru] did ?
