Copying Amiga files using PC

Hi there,

I'd like to transfert Amiga files from the PC to my real amiga harddrive machine.
I fear viruses -> I'm a coward

I could use Wb WinUAE but it may also spread viruses.

Is there any PC program allowing disk files copy & managing ? But with no install session on PC side.
The C64 community got a nice solution : [ Show youtube player ]

If there are viruses in the files you transfer, then changing the transfer method will do you no good. How you copy a file does not matter if it contains some virus.

And if you fear catching some virus from the PC side, then it's just impossible - peecee viruses can't affect Amiga, period.

I explained myself badly.
I fear viruses within Amiga files to infect my real Amiga harddrive but I was focused mainly by the ones located on disquette bootblock/system directories.
But as you explained, a viruses within amiga exe will not solve the pb.

Bootblock viruses are harmless if you don't boot on the disk they are located.

If you're feeling paranoid you can copy on OS2.0+ so that no disk-validator virus can affect you.
And, of course, you can run some Amiga antivirus to check the files before doing any transfer.
