did you make some test to implement fmv cartridge emulation ?
If yes, are we near to have an emulation of it ?

Nothing has been done since the initial partial implementation: board is emulated, rom works and rom updates are correctly added to system, boot up MPEG chip firmware upload is "emulated" (firmware is received and throw away). Thats all.

It is enough to allow CD32 boot with MPEG board installed. Any real MPEG video or audio chip register access is not emulated.

Full chip data sheets (video and audio decoder chips) are available. It is even more boring task than I originally thought.
