Gods Trainer request (have source)

I have a source code for Gods trainer with a lot of functions, like giant jump, shield (we even removed the sound from shield because after a while it gets annoying), getting different items to your pocket, getting a pet dragon, weapons, move with mouse... my brothers and I made this trainer ages ago and used with ARIII to load up, but is there anyone who would make this into a real trainer, with an intro selection etc? Like a Flashtro release?

I wonder... well I saw the Flashtro release for Magic Pockets and it has become my favourite.

If there is a volunteer (or more), I'll upload the pack to the Zone.

Might be better to contact the author of the WHDLoad slave and see if it can be incorporated that way

I'd be interested in seeing some of this stuff

Hmmmm.... I wouldn't mind coding a trainer selector, although, bippym might be onto a better solution with his suggestion.

I have a working trainer menu I made for Flashtro once (if you want to see it check this thread). I'm not sure if this is required though since there was a +55 trainer for Gods released by Energy back in the day. Does your trainer have different/better/more options than that one?

You can check the Energy trainer here. Lots of in-game keys.

Gods WHDLoad package contains the slave sourcecode also....

Well I'll let you be the judge. Compare our options to the Alcohol +55... I think you'll be positively surprised to find that our trainer has more useful options than the +55. I mean, who really needs to choose separtately between 1 throwing knife, 2 throwing knives and 3 throwing knives... in our trainer you can get 3 throwing knives by pressing 1, and turn them off by pressing 1 again. Get the timebomb by pressing 2, it is the maximum strenght ... turn the timebomb off by pressing 2 again.... Not to speak of the familiar, giant jump and arrow + mouse movement which we have but the +55 does not have...

Trainer options and ingame keys:

Basic options:
F1 - Shield on/off
F2 - Get Familiar
F3 - Continue game (if pressed during start menu adds a third option)
CAPS ON - Giant jump on
CAPS OFF - Giant jump off

Good for gettings items behind walls:
Arrow UP
Arrow DOWN
Arrow LEFT
Arrow RIGHT

Weapon keys:
1 - Knife
2 - Timebomb (maxed out)
3 - Fireball
4 - Flame
5 - Lightning Bolt
6 - Throwing Star
7 - Spear
8 - Axe
9 - Hunter Mace
0 - Magic axe
- - Mace

NumPad look:
numpad 8
numpad 2
numpad 4
numpad 6
numpad 5

Change item in pocket:
numpad -
numpad +

Mouse:
Mouse and left button moves character. Alternate to arrow keys.

And unlimited money and lives.

Well, I'm open to any suggestions, help and offers. I can't code.. I was somewhat a trainer buff 16 years ago, but i have forgotten almost everything. Well, anyone who had a ARIII could do the same as us, but we were 3 brothers and one Amiga, I mean the machine was on 24/7.... and if we could not find a trainer we liked, we made our own. Too bad we could not code so we had to load the compiled asm patch by ARIII every time....

Coding a selector should be pretty easy - where I've got no experience is with linking everything in with the game code but you never know if you don't try as they say

Stinger says it's easy which probably means for me it's not but I could definitely give it a go.

One thing I can't promise is when I might have it finished as I'm working on some other things too at the moment but hey, upload what you have and I'll take a look.

Gods +58 Flashtro version zoned, if you don't allready have it. It got some other functions, not mentined here.

I didn't have it... well its different, and it does not have arrow keys and mouse movement. Thanks anyway.

I can help you with that. Just some hints: you need to find space for the trainer patch in memory and you need to patch the game to call the trainer code of course. If you get stuck let me know.
