Solved, I was not aware of the device to use "dracoscsi.device", thanks for your help. I use AsimCDFS, so I also have the CD audio tracks, also works with ID1 or other drives. Last edited by AMIGASYSTEM; 23 January 2024 at 07:24. |

The DraCo versions are not only the classic versions of the WB (3.1, 3.9) although it is possible to use them. There are also the tools provided on the floppy disks with the real machine (not even to mention the 3.1 CD).

Just in case you need them, find attached the DRDD and DRHD mount lists.

Yes, I know there is an OS with native applications on CD, but OS 3.9 can't go well with a Kickstart 3.1 A3000, try running something and you will see! |

I'm trying to set up a Draco os31 configuration.
But it seems that the Altais monitor is not available on the Cybergfx_4 CDROM. Is it available elsewhere? On the other hand, I've tried a configuration with a Retina Z3. Unfortunately, on startup, the display remains frozen on the boot logo. The bootlogo tooltype is set to NO. Any ideas? Thanks |

You are not using the standard version on OS 3.9, otherwise you would be missing some libraries if you are using KickStart 3.1 A3000 !!!
You are probably using an OS3.9 BB1 ... right methodology ! Last edited by AMIGASYSTEM; 23 January 2024 at 07:25. |

Altais must be installed, it is really part of the DraCo (even if it is removable). It is source of vblank interrupt for the whole system, no interrupt equals hung system. (Retina Z3 would be even physically impossible..)
A3000 KS 3.1 ROM is the only one that works. DraCo Boot ROM copies it to RAM then patches it blindly, assuming it is A3000 KS 3.1 ROM. DraCo is a very special and weird custom system, don't assume things that work on "real" Amigas work on DraCo. |

You can use all BB. But don't forget to replace SetPatch everytime.

Not directly WinUAE related question, but if Zorro II maximum speed is about 3.58MB/s, how fast is DraCo's FastZ2? Will the faster speed work with all expansion cards or does the card need to support FastZ2 separately? |
