Are you booting from floppy disk or are you using WB? Under 3.9, the floppy disk is unreadable (pic 1). Edit : ok ( see #50 for understand ).

On the other hand, it boots correctly at launch (with a ROM error which does not prevent operation, pic 2, Edit : rev 3 only has Rom error ).

Which seems to lead to another problem: if you boot the floppy disk and eject it before reboot, WinUae no longer recognizes DF0 (pic 3). Edit : rev 3 and 4.

My Results..
PIC1: Inserted a 1760kb adf Disk (Draco_Bootdisk) not sure where I got it.
PIC 2: Booted with disk in. got the validating error.
PIC 3: (booted without disk in) Was not able to see the disk by selecting 1760KB but when I re-inserted the disk and selected 1440 the disk name showed up.
Opened the disk and selected "show all files" don't see the files at all, do see % full / free and Usage.

Going to try a few more things.

HD disks probably won't work yet. EDIT: yes, driver does density detection (poll reads using different decoding timing tables to find out density and type of floppy). This is not yet emulated.

PC keyboard still acts strange for me:

- right shift key does not work at all (no, this is not game port layout B)
- cursor keys act like numpad cursor keys, i.e. they produce numbers instead of moving the cursor.
- key repeat does not work (holding down a key for a longer time does not make any difference, the key is entered only once).

PC floppy writing and formatting implemented.
Right shift key code fixed.
EDIT: cursor keys work (extended key bit was lost before it reached 86box PC keyboard emulation)

This is some PC keyboard numlock related (yes, numlock does seem to affect cursor keys internally) weirdness which I am not yet sure how it is supposed to work.

PC keyboard repeat (where keyboard does the repeating, not the driver) is not implemented yet.

Sorry Toni a few questions, I noticed that in the default settings of DraCO, the kickstart set is "KS ROM v3.1 (A3000) rev 40.68 (512k)", can other KickStarts be used ?

When HD support will be implemented, which HD Controller should be set on WinUAE ?

Last question, are other Video Cards also supported ?

Keyboard repeat implemented (but is it supposed to be configurable? At least prefs/input won't send any set typematic rate commands to keyboard)

No. DraCo ROM requires this exact KS ROM.

DraCo mainboard SCSI controller only. Mentioned in first post.

No. Altais is required because it is source of vblank hardware interrupt in DraCo.
Technically you could also have another RTG board but it probably won't work.

You said earlier that a PC controller is used to access Amiga disks, is this emulated? And if so surely this can be put to good use?

Yes, sort of.. PC controller is used to control rw-head position, motor etc but disk read data line is also directly connected to some DraCo custom chip (probably one of many big CPLDs) that counts distance between flux changes and writes it to one IO register. The rest is done by CPU. Writing is not possible.

PC floppy controller still can't be used to read Amiga floppies without extra hardware. DraCo PC controller is only "fully" used when reading or writing PC formatted floppies.

DraCo Floppy HW is fully emulated, including Amiga disk (image) support.

Quickstart DraCo, Rom 1.5, rev 3 a hdf must be attached.

If you insert a bootable Amiga floppy disk into DF2 "3.5 80 BridgeBoard" (WB installation for example) and if you eject this same floppy disk to change it (only with the "Eject" button), DF0 disappears on restart.

To reproduce:

Insert a bootable floppy disk (WB Installation for example)
Wait until you are under the Workbench.
Eject the floppy disk (F12 and click “Eject” button DF2).
Reboot
DraCo DF0 has disappeared ( in early startup ) and an error occurs when you try to boot HD.

Note: If you change floppy disks without using the "Eject" button everything goes well.

Can anyone confirm? Thanks

Confirmed 'Eject' ejects the Floppy but then a request to insert DF0

I managed to install OS3.1 on HD and installed the P96 drivers.

Toni is CD mounting supported? Do you have to configure anything?
I tried to start a mountlist (CD0) with negative results.
