How to Enable the 1.3 theme in ClassicWB Lite

I'm really stumped on this simple question. Looked all over the prefs, tools, system folders etc and cannot find a way to change the theme from grey to 1.3.

According the home page the lite version comes with a 1.3 theme, but how to enable it?

I think you only can select it when installing it; it's one of the options, so you could try installing it again.

Thanks. Went through the reinstall and got the theme.
