Tassel - Amiga Hardware misc/modification pictures
Hi,
I'm going to post some of my project in this thread from time to time on my ongoing projects. First out is my finnished A500 Black Ed. (It's possible you've seen this before, since it's been a while I did this) And my second ongoing A500+ with internal Gotek Floppy switch. (It's the prototype of this board done by yulquen74 here at EAB: http://s1314.photobucket.com/user/y_...w.jpg.html?o=0 Suggestions where I can put LED display is appreciated. (Currently I'm thinking to place it over / On side /next to the floppy and power light) |

Knoeki: yes, as 8bitbubsy says. I have 2 CDTV keyboards and no CDTV, so i decided to borrow them until it gets created new keycaps . Then they will return to the original CDTV keyboard again

That is a nice mod for the Gotek to put it below the internal drive. I have ordered a Gotek and going to try do a similar mod.
Does the DF0/DF1 switch means that both drives are active and that you can choose which is DF0? Does that mean I can copy disks with XCopy from a Gotek to a real floppy? |

No, It's either Gotek as DF0 or Floppy as DF0.
I have not tried to copy the ADF from Gotek and write to Floppy. I'll try when I get time. |

Amiga 500/1200 based consept illustration.
Also an FPGA / MIST based version. Inspired by my all time favorite Amigas: A1000 and A3000 Was planing to make these, but will probably never happen. Hope some others in the community will take my idea and make it happen |
