Maybe, but "ShapeShifter" ROMs are not 40.70:

The ROM is Real not Patched!

ShapeShifter can not Run.

P.S. the complete ROM-List from WinUAE is in Windows Registry saved.

P.S. 2 My HDF 512MB run with v40.70 ROM.

Moved. Most likely nothing to do with 1.6 betas.

Checksum is needed. And somone must prove it is real ROM, as in there is existing chip with Commodore part number. (possible beta/file-only roms, even if it was available for testers/whatever do not count)
