He (and I) don't do Social Media, he hates it more than me!! Looks like emailing them again.

Well my mate is still waiting for his order!
After he contacted Sven via email, he was told it had been returned to him and to confirm his postal address? He confirmed his postal address was exactly the same as the one that was mailed back, that was on the 17th Jan, and still no package has yet arrived nor any confirmation it has been posted again or any tracking info supplied! I am so glad I don't bother with anything related to Cinemaware any more, I just feel sorry for my mate who's paid out money for something and appears to have been left in the dark and forgotten about! |

Yes, Sven has replied to him with a tracking number, in fact my mate was here not long ago when his phone went and the mail came in so he's a lot happier now he's got the tracking number. It also said something about the labels not being printed correctly and missing info off hence the reason it couldn't be delivered and got returned.

Hmmm...
7 days later and his parcel has still not arrived and the tracking number still says it's been announced to Deutsche Post! Coincidentally, he knows another chap at his workplace who has ordered DotC and is now pursuing it through a Paypal dispute as he hasn't got his DotC either. Patience is one thing, but he's been waiting since November 2015! |

Everything is on steam now! And no, I am not affiliated with Cinemaware and or Valve Corp. Last edited by DH; 14 November 2017 at 17:24. Reason: Deleted direct signature |
