Hibernated 1: This Place Is Death
There is an adventure game Hibernated 1: This Place Is Death released in 2018. It's a pure text game with interesting story. You can download it from http://8bitgames.itch.io/hibernated1
Downloadable version is free (you can pay for it if you want) but there is also a boxed version which is not free Original game works from floppy and from hard disk but LOAD and SAVE commands always use df0:. I prepared a fix and uploaded it to The Zone. With this fix LOAD and SAVE commands work with hard disk. I also added an icon which was absent in the original version. |

Been trying to buy this as a Multi-Format all disk version, devs said yes they would do one for me but then didn't get back in touch on how to buy it, wanted 2 copies as well

I'm not an author or a seller of this game but I'm sorry to hear this.

I've bought the boxed version and I'm very happy with the high quality box and contents. It certainly adds to set the proper mood. It also comes with an extra story (sort of dlc . Im looking forward to the second part.

Only sorry my phone is so old that it takes pictures that are utter garbage and doesn't show the quality of the contents
Eight Feet Under is a text only adventure just like Hibernated 1 and is obtained via a URL/password that's printed on one of the cards that comes in the box. You can download 6 zip files for the 6 platforms supported and each one contains tape/disk files for use on real hardware (provided you have a means of writing them back to tape/disk) or for use in the relevant emulator. I won't spoil what the add on is about though, but it's best to play through Hibernated 1 first |
