Ah, the classic version. A good choice sir That'd be 4,999 € then.
Sounds like a sensible statement by Mr. Haynie btw. |

Dave!!!! nooooooooooooooooooooo, what are you saying!!! Probably true though I'm thankful I lived through computings greatest ever period. One day I shall retire from my role as a technician and teach in a university... and on my Smartboard will be a picture of the Amiga.... and I shall stick the Psygnosis demo CD into my CDTV and show them EXCELLENCE in computing! Then the students can enact a role play of Amiga vs. Atari! woohoo ! |

thats just the problem with games nowadays, isn't it? They are no longer the product of the people that actually want to play them - its just a source of money.

This makes Aros the official successor of the Amiga operating system. Problem is, there are a bunch of "purists" that would never use an Amiga on a PC. If morphos & os4 developers joined the Aros project, things in the PC landscape would be *very* interesting. |

I think the PPC is overrated by many Amigans. It's not even authentic. m68k is. So what? i386 being a CISC architecture is even closer to m68k in spirit than PPC.
It's not that I don't like PPC. I'd love to see a Cell in my desktop. But computers for the masses are PCs right now. |
