Got hold of the original version and that works.
However, I got no ending after finished all levels. I think you need a score of at least 120,000 to finish the game. I got only 90,000 because i did not know that you could hold fire to speed up on the warp tunnels levels. So got no bonus :/ Shit game btw... too hard... Have decided to not play the game again. I need to start over and play the game from the beginning to get a score of 120,000.
I spent 3 days on this shit game. Don't want to spend a second more on it. I don't count this as a longplay. But have [ Show youtube player ] anyway with all levels and with the "bad ending". |

Didn't you run out of time at the end of the video?

The tunnel levels are meant to be played until the time runs out.
However, you need to play them faster by hold fire to get bonus score. I did not know you could do that. That's why i get no bonus on these levels. If I had done that on all levels, then i would definitely received a score of 120,000 which is needed to complete the game. |

ahh the good old days when just beating the game is not enough to see the ending, you need to hit above a certain score to see the end and games were brutal with limited checkpoints. those were the days lol.
sometimes i like how modern games have millions of checkpoints but other times i feel that the challenge is lost. i just completed rise of the tomb raider for xbox one and there seems to be a checkpoint every 100 yards or so, you hardly ever have to redo anything and your never punished for playing bad. sorry to take the thread off topic but reading that you can't see the end of the game if you score less than 120,000 got me thinking. I tried it on the default WinUAE A500 config and it does indeed fail to load. I tweaked some settings though and did get it to work (ECS Agnus and cycle exact)

Just did some tests also
Works perfectly for me using either of these "Quickstart" settings: ... A500 - 1.3 ROM, OCS, 512 KB Chip + 512 KB Slow RAM (most common) ... A500 - 1.3 ROM, ECS Agnus, 512 KB Chip + 512 KB Slow RAM Of course the "Compatibility vs Required CPU Power" should be moved all the way to the left i.e. "Best compatibilty". In effect this is ticking "Cycle-exact (Full)". |

I found it loads better if you unzip the file and load the ADF file directly. They have put a message in the bootblock for someone also

Anyway, without checking, I presume that "flashtro.exe" is the Flashtro crack / trainer and will only work in an AmigaOS Just unzip "warp - flasthro.adf" from the archive and use that with WinUAE in DF0: |
