Also, they seem to hold an Amiga game dev competition this coming Halloween, was it already known?

Ok, to be honest I couldn't care less about the C64 version...

I guess I'll have to purchase the whole lot though in order to get the Amiga version

Like I said though; would be cool for an "Amiga" only digital download

Well the Amiga file is a free bonus with the C64 download so you can think of it as a free C64 game with your Amiga download if that helps

If they had done the Amiga version separately it would probably have been the same price anyway (7.99 Canadian dollars is £4.91)

Very nice! Will buy it now!

But the shop side should really be updated - if they don't introduce a new category for "Commodore Amiga", they should at least at the tag "Amiga". And the game should be moved from the top menu "Games" -> "Coming Soon" to "Released".

I saw 10MinuteAmigaRetroCast's review of the game and I wonder whether the Amiga version is only playable with mouse or if Joystick/Joypad is also supported?

Mouse only I'm afraid. I put it together to address complaints that the C64 version couldn't be played with a mouse!

lol, ok, no problem. Just thought it would be nice for me and my sons to play it on the CD32 with the joypad ... Any chance for supporting mouse _and_ joy* in a future update?

I won’t be updating it, but if I do another game I’ll think about adding it.

wanted to purchase a DIGITAL copy of vegetables deluxe today, but the shop says "out of stock". wtf?
how can a DIGITAL download be out of stock? it's just a file to be copied to customer after purchase!
there is NO hardware (cartrige), NO floppy and no shopping involved! how can a file be "out of stock"?
is there any other shop available where i could get the game? i really want the amiga .adf version!

now i could purchase the game. but it wants "billing phone" field to be filled.
why do i need a phone number if i want to pay using paypal? NOT by phone!
my phone number would be useless anyway for any shop located in canada.
i'm in europe, i don't think someone in canada would call a phone in europe.
might be way too expensive to call phone number from another continent!
so what's the point of that?

//edit: seems to be a bug on website. i entered a fake number to pass it.

Just letting you all know that Vegetables Deluxe is now free to download: download the C64 Version and you'll get an ADF in the zip for your Amiga. An optimised version for 68000 machines will be coming in the autumn; for now it runs best on a 68020+

Thanks so much for this! I've been playing "casual mode" for a couple of hours whilst having beers! Just my speed! LOL

Well, it's been ages since I last dropped into EAB, and when I do there's cracking new game released!!

Thanks, Mike. I'll use our current lock-down as an excuse to play this to oblivion!!
