Does Apidya 2 work in winuae???

Tried a few cfgs..keep getting software failure...has anybody got it to run in winuae...and if so whats the cfg???

Try WinUAE 0.8.21 R3, ECS13 config (512k chipmem + 512k slow mem, more compatible CPU checked). Works fine for me.

Go to the Amiga in the box site http://aiab.emuunlim.com/

In the download section there is a HD version of Apidya which works like a charm under Winuae.

Well, in the titlescreen it's more like:

Apidya: xxx 2
where xxx are some Japanese characters

So, Apidya is the sequel to a non-existent game xxx.

It's like saying Rainbow Islands 2, instead of Rainbow Islands: Bubble Bobble 2.

Actually, the story is like this: There's a game in japan that is called Apidya, so Kaiko put a 2 into the title screen of their game.

But somewhere on the net I read the 2 is really just a joke, there's not even a game called Apidya that came out before in japan.

It doesn't matter if Kaiko spelt Apidya when it was supposed to be Abidya or Abijya. It's european revenge for many japanese mistakes, like "All your bases are belong to me", "Let's Ass Kick Together" and "Massage"

What the hell means abidya, apidya or abijya anyway ?

And where they get those weird names for shmups ? What the hell is Uridium , Aleste, Zanac, Galaga , Xevious , Gyruss , Gradius...
