Searching for an old Pysgnosis game

Hi guys, maybe you can help me, I rememeber playing an old Pysgnosis game, but can't remember what it is called.

It was a top down game, quite hard, as I recall it might have had a puzzle element but there was also shooting and it had a really wierd name.
I can't rememeber more that, any help would be appreciated!
