m sequencer for amiga.

Just saw that cycling74 (www.cycling74.com) has released the M sequencer for Mac in a new version. The information page says that this sequencer existed on amiga earlier, anyone know if its downloadable from any site? Or if anyone got a version for amiga on there drive that they feel would like to visit the zone for a while?

regards.

David Zicarelli developed the Mac Version first and allready agreed to release the Atari Version as Freeware -> http://www.myatari.net/issues/jan2002/m.htm

Maybe it would be a good idea to ask him for the Amiga Version too

RetroMan: nice! thanks alot! will check that out!

Akira: Ofcourse live is more up to date with audiolooping etc, but I allways like strange sequencers... and running live, synced together with M on the amiga could be a very intresting setup i think. But who knows...

@poppe

If you hear from him be sure to post here.....I think this looks interesting as the amiga version also "included an internal sampling synthesizer"
Some more info on the amiga version Here

I use Live 4 in a G3 @ 700Mhz, you sue you can't run it?

I do feel OK, now that you mentioned this synthesizer I'm more interested, but as a sequencer, you have loads today that can work much better. Yes, an Amiga one would be rock solid, then again, I could peruse a Roland SP808... ;D

just checked....and it works on all g3`s all I need is abit more memory.....

as for M it would be good to see if it can be used like a sampling synth module...but it is going to be tough to find as it came out late in the amigas life for £70ish so maybe it sold very few copys

been mailing with cycling74 regarding this. there is no plan on publishing the amiga version on the net, as they did for the atari version. still, if someone find this at home in there old drawers please put it up in the zone. i really like alternative sequencing methods, and this looks really nice.

There is a M 1.0 Demo sequencer in the 17-Bit Collection.

Its by Intelligent Music Design (The name Dr. T wasn't in evidence, so it may be the wrong one)

It comes with a couple of demo tunes also
