ASCII and Experimental Epson Dot Matrix Printer Emulation
hi.
one of the features that caught my eye when i downloaded WinUAE 1.6.0 earlier this week is printing to ASCII and Epson dot matrix print emulation. I tried printing in Notepad in Workbench 1.3 and where does it go? Where does the ASCII get dumped and Epson dot matrix (I know its in Beta) I really wanna try this out. How does it work? Will I be able to test print though PDF. I have PDF Creator installed on my machine and is recognized by WinUAE 1.6.0. I don't think this feature is documented anywhere in google. I wanna know more. |

ASCII goes directly to selected printer (just like normal passthrough mode)
Epson Matrix is experimental stuff.. Currently it "prints" to png file (written to screenshots directory) and opens default Windows image viewer. |
