Maybe porting the SNES graphics? I like the SNES Wizardy Trilogy.

This is was the first RPG I ever played when I was in 2nd grade. I discovered it instead of playing around with Logo programming language in class that everyone else was doing.

Only finished character creation and wandered a bit, but it left a lasting impression despite not playing it ever again.

Game disassembled, gfx extracted, etc. (there's no sound in the original game except some blips), conversion to asm "c" like started.

I missed the deadline of the competition but it's not really important (to me).
I'm progressing slowly as I lack spare time but I should have something to show in a few weeks.
