Terminator 2: Judgment Day

There are versions available with some graphical differences.
Is something known about different releases of this game?

I assume one of them is the Hit Squad version? That would somehow explain it

Hmm, they must have the same box then or otherwise... Would be great if you could check HOL and scan the other box if it different Denis Might give some more hints.

Thanks a lot.
So, which one is the first released version?
It seems disk2 only has been changed, there have been exchanged some pictures.

By the way TOSEC holds the two different versions too, "CSL" and "Flashtro" release.

The one with the more cartoony graphics is the second release -I think it looks better
Where did you get screenshot 3 and 6?

So "Flashtro" used for their crack the first release.
I have ripped pictures straight from Disk 2, its stored inside packed data as normal ILBM file.

By screenshots it's the 1st release that's WHDified. No info about the 2nd release on HOL.

It's not so realistic and menacing as the 1st release (face puzzle).

Sorry, I thought you meant the two different entries on HOL. My bad. There are two SPS versions, so I'll ask KG if he ever tried to install it with the '2598' version.

What tool did you use? Track2File? or did it manually?
Have you come across many games using IFFs?

It doesnt saying anything in the WHdload Docs about different versions but maybe if its just a different IFF it will work anyway.
JST version does mention 2nd version

I still think it the second one is better but maybe that because thats the release I had

Terminator 2 - Judgement Day preinstalled using the 2598 IPFs is in the zone. Seems to work (just tried the first scene).

I am using "AFilter", best tool to rip any data(mods, some type of exotic musics, 8svx samples,ILBM) out of any packed data(XFD).
Many games have stored pics in normal IFF format(often packed).
