Thumbs down Lame-ass coders of a cracktro stole TurricanII music...

What a bunch of retards.... according to a Rituel cracktro , the music is from Virgil+Poldi morrons... but wait! we hear a turricanII song, the "Great Bath" IIRC... what a bunch of morrons
check "cractro.rar" in the Zone...
they are always pissed when someone "steals" something of their own, and they are so strict in giving "proper credits" yet they think all others are just 15y.o. nerds that don't know thing... I bet they don't even know what song they play

Yeah, right. Because Virgill isn't a respected scene musician since the early 90s...

but what we hear is the original song, not a remix... I did not see any turrican word in that cracktro

- BUT -

there is the case where the original cracktro coder mentioned above, did use virgil+poldi's sounds without them knowing... could be... but still.... the original track?

It's not the original song because I can't find any TFMX song in the intro.

Can you imagine that it is possible that people cooperate when producing tunes?

I made an error when writting this, I fixed it one minute before your post, to what I had in mind.

and what is that supposed to mean? who cares in what format it is stored? is it not the SAME melody with even the SAME instuments?
don't get me wrong, but I have seen it in the past too....

I see Stings point, because the tune was made by Virgill and Poldi, even if it is a cover of the Turrican 2 song. Didn't recognise that it's a Windows executable from 2004 So it's a tribute rather than a ripoff.

firtst of all it is a 2009 executable. and it IS a rip-off as we don't see anyone mentioning turrican there. A tribute would be something like: TurricanII music by xyz and 123 ....
if what you said was valid, I would re-play some classic Mozart music, and write on shows: Music by keropi Do I have the right to say something like that? NO. What I can say is Music performed by keropi based on Mozart's work , thouh

You don't really want me to comment that I suppose. If you don't have a clue about certain things you shouldn't open such threads. Nobody ever made a Turrican cover that sounds exactly the same as the original *cough* I'm sure Virgill will find it pretty damn hilarious when I tell him about your accusation.

are you SERIOUS??? god damn that CRACKTRO is inside RITUEL's rip of the maw, look what the nfo says:
03/2009 :.. RELEASE.DATE ..

and later on....

1) Unzip
2) Have a look at our cracktro
3) Unace
4) Launch the setup.bat
5) Play

see ? #2 ... and what we find in the release disks? The cracktro I zoned. When did I say the tune was 2009? NEVER. it is stolen from turricanII without a credit. you are obviously talented enough to look through executables, but somehow fail to see their date.

oh, and StingRay, are you a Timbaland fan by any chance?

I actually happen to know the musician who made the tune. 'nuff said. And it's not Virgill's fault that it is used in some PC cracktro. Take a ride

I bow to your superior skillz you have bested me in my own thread. Bravo!

StingRay, your trolling abillity is proven once again. You never actually wrote ONE valid point in order to back up your words, all you did was get angry because I "accused" your friend virgil. You never actually commented the fact that we DO hear the original tune on the cracktro , you only used your "superior" skillz to "look inside the code" and say
"It's not the original song because I can't find any TFMX song in the intro."
this statement alone indicates what kind of person you are.
Moreover, you just had to tell me of the demo you made with your beloved virgil. And that proves what? Your "superiority"? Only your arrogance. All you comments are PURE TROLLING.
So StingRay , my beloved Timbaland fan, enjoy the kiddie- "music by keropi" , and please forgive me for not setting an FTP for your majesty to take the file. You are just to dumb to see my point.
and finally, what we DO hear in the cracktro is "The Great Bath" by Chris Hlsbeck , not your friends virgil-migils-miss polski tune and certainnly not a remix.
and just for your education, here is how proper credits are expressed and given: http://www.remix64.com/tune_24101.html
