Bah, I've made another change to the "Test Drive II - The Duel & Data Disks.hdf"

Usually when you play this game, select cars and scenery; these will get saved.

I don't like this, I always want the game to be default again when playing.

So, I've now fixed this

Just download and extract into "C:\WinUAE"

Time to do some configuration file renames; as I need to take into account that the following games are "Arcade" conversions:

Code:
Bagman.uae --> Bagman   [Arcade conversion].uae
Bomb Jack Beer Edition.uae --> Bomb Jack Beer Edition [Arcade conversion].uae
Rygar - The Legendary Warrior [AGA].uae --> Rygar - The Legendary Warrior [AGA] [Arcade conversion].uae
So please do the following:
  • Delete "Bagman.uae" from "C:\WinUAE\Configurations".
  • Delete "Bomb Jack Beer Edition.uae" from "C:\WinUAE\Configurations".
  • Delete "Rygar - The Legendary Warrior [AGA].uae" from "C:\WinUAE\Configurations".
  • Download / extract the attached into "C:\WinUAE"

Hey Damien, got an interesting "fix it!" for you.

I tried to run Wacus The Detective and since I can't read the foreign language it depicted a pic of an IC chip peeing. I think it's trying to tell me that my Amiga system sucks.

ROFL

There's nothing to "fix"... that's normal with this game; no matter what Amiga model you have you'll see this image i.e. even if I set an 68040 / 2MB Chip and 32MB Fast RAM:

It's the programmer "taking the piss" so to speak

It's just a screen that's displayed; as you've found out the game continues loading afterwards... you don't have to do anything

No, it wouldn't do anything, just stuck there. I closed the emulator to post here. When I tried again it worked.

So I've been messing about with the Agricola Hard Disk version tonight

Have now created a nice bare bones / self-booting .HDF that has the following:
  • These static screenshots taken from the .ADF version; and displayed upon boot:

  • A menu / keymap that allows you to load each of the 5 levels from the press of a key:

Please just download / extract the attached into "C:\WinUAE"

Very nice game with excellent gfx and music that suits the game. Thanks for the HDF version, seeing some different levels is cool.

The main character looks a little like PP Hammer

Well, I've updated this .HDF again slightly after my post

...basically, wasn't happy with the naming convention that I used.

Anyway, if you're one of the eight who downloaded previously; just do the following:
  • Delete the configuration file "C:\WinUAE\Configurations\Agricola [unreleased] [demo] [Hard Disk Version].uae".
  • Delete the <gamedir> "C:\WinUAE\Games\Agricola Hard Disk Version".
  • Download / extract the attached into "C:\WinUAE".
Anyone else, just download / extract the attached into "C:\WinUAE"

So I've been messing about with the early Justice "Level 1 WIP" version over the past day or so

What I like about this version, as opposed the later .ADF; is that you can read the instructions for important keys, and also try out all different weapons in the game

So have now created a nice .ADF that has the following:
  • These static screenshots taken from the .ADF version; and displayed upon boot:

  • A menu / keymap that allows you to play using each of the 3 ships and also view the "justiceinfo.txt" file from the press of a key:

Please just download / extract the attached into "C:\WinUAE"

Just downloaded and set this amazing project up. Tried years ago but old PC was too slow and space restricted. The work done by DamianD is outstanding.
Thanks to Damian, Toni W, all the authors and collectors for this resource.
