Memory test

Hello,

recently I got 2x 64MB EDO 72-pin memory. When I use them in A1200 with Blizzard 1230 (one at a time) there are no problems. I even run some memory check programs (from Aminet) and all finish without errors.

When I put them in a PC Pentium and run Memtest86. At around 58MB I get a bunch of errors.

Now I'm wondering if they are really OK?

Is there any demo or a game that uses lots of memory to fill 64MB?

A demo is probably not a good use case, if for example just some graphics data gets corrupted it might not even crash.

However better would be to run some tool like this: http://aminet.net/package/util/moni/sysdiag-0.1.4

It might also be that the mainboard (or the combination with those SIMM's) of that old Pentium has a problem.

If extended memory tests on the Amiga don't give any problems then its probably fine.
